Allise Wachs, Ph.D.

Dr. Wachs has 18 years of experience in the application of statistical methods to optimize manufacturing processes and product designs, and to assess product liability risk. Her research includes the development of mathematical models to reveal optimal decision sequences. She is the President of Integral Concepts, Inc. where she assists manufacturers in the application of statistical methods to reduce variation and improve quality and productivity. Her areas of expertise include designed experimentation, statistical process control, measurement system assessment, reliability analysis, general statistical methods, and stochastic optimization. She has been an adjunct professor in the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan.
