18 years of experience in the application of statistical methods
to optimize manufacturing processes and product designs, and to
assess product liability risk. Her research includes the
development of mathematical models to reveal optimal decision
sequences. She is the President of Integral Concepts, Inc. where
she assists manufacturers in the application of statistical
methods to reduce variation and improve quality and
productivity. Her areas of expertise include designed
experimentation, statistical process control, measurement system
assessment, reliability analysis, general statistical methods,
and stochastic optimization. She has been an adjunct professor
